Land with sea view with little construction feasibility area and ecological reserve.

This land is located a little above the regional road that connects Mosteiros to Ponta Delgada and Brittany.

There are two small points on the conditioning map where it is possible to build around 40 m2 at each point, the remaining area is an ecological reserve.
In the last promotional photo we indicate the points where it is feasible to build very small possible homes in the area filled with olive green. The remaining gray area corresponds to the ecological reserve.

In the Ecological Reserve you can plant whatever you want, from vegetables to fruit trees or floriculture, as well as build greenhouses or warehouses to support agriculture. If you wish, you can also place mobile housing (no housing license required).
