Land located on a high point between Várzea and Sete Cidades.

This land is accessible by a dirt road.

In this area, you can build up to 250 m2 of warehouse for agricultural purposes or housing, provided that you take into account:
- 10 meters away from a water line;
- 10 meters away from the neighbors' land;
- and water and electricity to have a housing license

The location is on a high point on the mountain.
It is located on the west side of the island where you can see the sunset.

The land has been used for pasture, and has several trees next to the water lines.
