Wooded mountain land with sea view.

This large plot consists of two articles.

The construction feasibility must be requested through a PIP (prior information request) prepared by an architect. There is land in the vicinity of Agrião where viability has been achieved. If it is possible to build, the maximum will be 300 m2 per item, which results in a total of 600 m2.

This area is very private, has the watercress walking trail close by.

It is located between the village of RIBEIRA QUENTE where there is a beach and fishing port as well as restaurants, and the village of FURNAS where there are natural hot water pools and the famous Furnas stew which is made underground using the heat of the earth.

Continuing along the road in the opposite direction from the village of Furnas we find the village of POVOAÇÃO where there is also a beach and is the municipal seat.

This land is adjacent to the regional road but the entrance is via the wide dirt road that divides this land into two parts.

You can see the sea in the background and the only sound is that of birds.
