Land with Agricultural Reserve and Ecological Reserve in Mosteiros.

This land has two accesses, you can access it via the road that goes down to Vila de Sete Cidades, and there is another access via the regional road above Mosteiros, in Canada dos Pilatos de Cima.

It enjoys Boa Vista sea, and is only viable for construction in the Agricultural Reserve area, included in this land, if it has these two premises:
- Be registered for at least 3 years in finance as a farmer;
- Have 50.01% of annual income from agriculture.

If you do not have these premises, you can only build an agricultural support warehouse or a small mobile home (No housing license required).
